Shipping Range
Our store currently supports nationwide shipping. No matter where you are in Vietnam, we can deliver the goods directly to you.
Shipping Time
For customers in the center of major cities such as Ho Chi Minh City - Da Nang - Hanoi, the delivery time will be from 02 - 03 working days.
For customers in other provinces and cities, the expected delivery time is from 03 - 07 days from the time you place your order.
Note: The delivery time is calculated after your order is successfully confirmed by a call from our customer service staff.
Shipping Fee
For customers in the center of major cities such as Ho Chi Minh City - Da Nang - Hanoi, you will be charged a shipping fee of 37,000 VND/order (including VAT).
For customers in other provinces and cities, we will calculate the shipping fee based on your location and the weight of your order. This shipping fee will be notified to you before we deliver the goods to you.
Cancel Order
Your order will be canceled if after 03 times the delivery staff or customer service staff contact you.
If you have received the order but do not agree to receive the product for any reason, you will be the one to pay the shipping fee directly to the delivery staff.
If your order has been packed and not yet shipped, you have the right to cancel the order without any additional costs.
